Lanier is educated in Business and Hospital Administration, with a strong focus in Management. He has been involved in Real Estate since 1998 and has extensive experience in ownership, management, construction and maintenance with a strong understanding of the Southern Minnesota rental market.

Under Lanier's leadership, CPM manages over 200 residential/commercial units in the Southern MN area. Lanier also personally owns a large number of mixed use residential and commercial real estate, so he understands your wants and needs when it comes to your property and business growth potential.

Family and community are important to Lanier. He has 2 daughters and spends as much free time as he can with them. Lanier’s current and past civic duties include: chairperson for the Responsible Landlord Association of Albert Lea, member of the Albert Lea Housing Task Force, board member of the Albert Lea Art Center and chair person for the Albert Lea Beautification Committee.
